Jeanne Hahne

Chief Executive Officer

Jeanne first thought of the idea for the FaceView Mask™ in 1979 while working as an RN in a burn unit because she was having trouble connecting with her patients. In 1980, while pursuing her Master’s Degree at the University of Florida, her thesis topic explored the importance of communication between the clinician and patient, which included her vision for a clear surgical face mask. Her first patent for the mask was in 1982.

Mrs. Hahne graduated from the University of San Francisco’s School of Nursing in 1975 and received a Masters of Nursing from the University of Florida in 1982. She has been an RN for over 43 years and worked at San Francisco’s California Pacific Medical Center in Ambulatory Care in the pre- and post-surgical unit for the last 30 years. She is an active volunteer, wife, mother, and former table tennis champion.

Aaron Ghiglieri

Chief of Operations

Aaron has been Chief Operating Officer of the FaceView team since joining in the summer of 2020. He has spent two years working as an investment analyst for Equipo Ventures LLC and most recently worked with Definitive Biotechnologies to develop a marketing and regulatory plan for a Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) respiratory diagnostic. In December 2020, he completed his Masters degree in Biotechnology Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from Johns Hopkins University.

Aaron works with CEO Jeanne Hahne and the FaceView team to develop and execute business strategy, navigate regulatory affairs, and cultivate relationships with FaceView's project partners, subcontractors, and distributors.

Richelle Ross

Chief of Customer Engagement

Richelle joined FaceView in May 2020. She received a B.A. in Digital Arts and Sciences from the University of Florida in 2019 and studied UX/UI Design at Lambda School. Richelle has worked with startups and non-profits primarily in the healthcare and technology sectors to create better product experiences.

Richelle first heard about Jeanne's idea to create a mask with a clear panel while still in school and has wanted to help ever since. Richelle's role focuses on maintaining digital projects and media for FaceView, as well as managing customer requests and feedback. When she's not working on a project, she likes to run, skateboard, or play games with her family and friends.

Jeremy Raisky

Chief Product Officer

Jeremy joined the FaceView team back in August 2020 as Chief Product Officer. He holds two Master’s degrees in Health Management & Policy and Epidemiology from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and offers a wealth of healthcare experience ranging from management consulting and quality improvement to research in academia. In addition to FaceView, Jeremy also works as a business consultant for Kaiser Permanente’s TPMG Consulting Services and has co-authored several publications in Public Health Genomics and Quality Improvement in Urology.

Jeremy’s role in FaceView primarily focuses on managing the relationship with manufacturing partner, Shenzhen Fowata Technology CO., LTD. He also supports FaceView’s product development and business operations. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys playing guitar, surfing, and working out with no days off!
